Failed or blocked: credits come back on their own
A Standard sticker GIF or still image costs 1 credit (HD 2), and a Standard 720 px GIF costs 3 (HD 6). When a generation fails, times out or is stopped by a safety check, those credits return to your balance automatically. There is nothing to request.
A pack you have not used
Pack credits never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and none of its credits have been spent, email us within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund of that payment.
Credits that were used
A finished generation keeps its credits, since each one costs us real compute. If the file came out broken (a GIF that does not move, a corrupted file, a transparent background that is not transparent, or words badly misspelled), send us the date and the prompt and we will return the credits.
No subscriptions
We sell one-time credit packs only. There is no plan to cancel and no renewal charge.
How to ask
Email support@gifgeneratorai.org from your account address with the order date and what went wrong. We answer within two business days. Approved card refunds usually reach your bank in 5 to 10 business days.
