Get help

Email support@gifgeneratorai.org about your account, a GIF or sticker, a payment or your data. Please write from the address you sign in with so we can find your account. We answer within two business days.

This address is the only official contact for GIF Generator AI (gifgeneratorai.org). We are not affiliated with OpenAI or Discord and cannot help with ChatGPT or Discord accounts, Nitro or payments made there.

Report a file

Email support@gifgeneratorai.org with "Report" in the subject if a file made here:

• shows you, or someone you act for, without consent;
• shows a child, a celebrity or another public figure;
• is sexual, hateful or threatening;
• copies a character, trademark or logo that belongs to you.

Add the file link or a screenshot and tell us which rule it breaks. We review every report, delete files that break the rules and close the accounts behind them.

Delete your files or account

Your files stay in your account until you ask us to remove them. To delete files, your history or the whole account, email us from your account address. The Privacy Policy lists what we keep and for how long.

Payments and refunds

Credits for failed or blocked generations come back automatically. For anything else about a payment, read the Refund Policy or email us with the order date and the email you paid with.
